5Qs: Managing Magazines and Books

I’ve had a stack of magazines, many of them I haven’t read, sitting in the closet for years, and I finally decided to do something about them: throw them away, read them or at least mark those I’d want to read later. I’ve also bought some new books, and with limited self space, I wanted to get rid of some books. All of this, leads to this 5Qs thread.

On Inside the Actor’s Studio, James Lipton asks participants 10 questions from French interviewer, Bernard Pivot. Jill and I thought it might be interesting for the idiots to answer the questions:

5 Qs: What’s in a Name?

These five questions involve names:

1. What name would you like for a son?
2. What name would you like for a daughter?
3. What name would you like for a pet?
4. What name(s) do you like, but wouldn’t want to give to yourself or your children?
5. What name, other than your own, would you like for yourself?

5 Qs: Family Tree (the bad!)

Some of these were sorta answered in some people’s responses to the last 5Qs, but go for it anyway; maybe give us something new!
